III. Leadership Facts - Effective leaders realize...
A. Personal growth is a natural thing - spiritually, relationally, emotionally
B. There are some jobs that can and should be done by leaders with specific gifts
C. Leaders are judged on a stricter scale - everyone cannot be a leader in all circumstances
D. Leaders are accountable to others and to God
